Test Flight Senior Engineer

Shanghai | Master’s degree or above | 10+ years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
  1. Be responsible for the overall planning of model test flights, including overall test plans, test flight project schedules, and coordination of external resources;
  2. Be responsible for interpreting test flight terms and standards, and formulating test matrices for research and development test flights and conformity demonstration test flights;
  3. Be responsible for managing test requirements at the aircraft level, including requirement capture, assessment, allocation, review, and acceptance;
  4. Be responsible for designing test flight methods, conducting test flight risk assessments, and preparing task books, test flight outlines, and participating in the execution of test flight tasks;
  5. Be responsible for managing technical issues at the test flight site, including recording, troubleshooting, tracking of rectifications, and zeroing;
  6. Be responsible for compiling and managing test flight technical documents and tools;
  7. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  1. Master’s degree or above, majoring in aircraft design, aircraft control systems, etc. 10 years or more of experience or those with outstanding capabilities may be appropriately relaxed;
  2. Led or participated as a key member in the certification flight test process of at least one aircraft model, possessing first-line flight test experience;
  3. Able to accept business trips, with an equal proportion of time spent in the office and at the flight test site;
  4. Familiar with the structure and system principles of aircraft, as well as control principles; familiar with the flight test process;
  5. Familiar with the use of mathematical and programming tools, possessing basic data analysis and programming capabilities;
  6. Good documentation skills, with clear thinking, rigorous logic, and standardized format;
  7. Good communication skills, strong teamwork awareness, and strong English listening and speaking skills are preferred;
  8. Good self-motivation and initiative, able to adapt to certain work pressure.
